Sickle Cell Disease Eradication Initiative introduced a holistic Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) Eradication strategy through awareness raising, healthcare support and improved livelihood skills. This will enhance early detection of SCD, improve the quality of patients’ lives and alleviate the socio-economic challenges experienced by the SCD warriors and their caregivers.
